  1. well if you do have Paint,open it,paste the picture you took,and on the top left corner there should be some options,there should be a little rectangle,and thats the croping thing.when you crop it,right click,put copy,and at open a “new window” thing and and paste the cropped pic in there,tell me if you still need help and I`ll make a little video.
